I want to return or request a refund

First off, we’re so sorry to hear that! However, if you don’t love your order and would like to return and/or request a refund, please contact us on Instagram @lvp.shopp.

Please note the following Return & Refund Guidelines:

- All returns must be within 30 days of receipt.
- The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund for returns.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 - 14 business days.
